I have found that census records are not always correct as to ages given and put down by individuals and census takers, there can be great discrepancies from census to census. I would like to talk to you more on this family line, please email me. My connection to this family is Pinckney Rogers who is my Grandfather, from talking to my father and his sisters when they were living his name was William Pinckney Rogers and the ages in the census records correspond to his birth date. pleas contact me directly and lets compare information

Barbara Johnson's son, William Johnson (1831-1864), married Mary Ann Pernina Rogers, daughter of Thomas and Elizabeth (William & Pernina Rogers are my g-g-grandparents).
