I'm responding to your query with one of my own. You mentioned that one of John Rogers sons was a Benjamin Rogers & that the family moved to Montgomery County Illinois in the early 1800's. Do you have any further info on Benjamin? I wonder if he might be my greatgrandfather. My grandfather was Roy C. Rogers born to Benjamin & Elvira (Walker) Rogers on 7/4/1878 in Lincoln (Logan Co) Illinios. Logan Co is 3 or 4 counties north of Mongomery County. Any information is greatly appreciated.
Anyone out there researching Illogan Rogers that has a John, born 1804, or a Richard, born 1830, married Mary Mitchell in 1854? Ernie

Looking for information on William Parkerson Rogers who was in Fauquier Co., VA about 1836. I believe he may have been a son of Stephen Rogers, who removed from Fauquier Co. to Switzerland Co., IN sometime before 1822. William Parkerson Rogers was involved in a suit concerning a lease in Leeds Manor in Fauquier Co. in 1836-1838. Original lessees from Lord Fairfax were John Rogers and his two sons John and Stephen. Thanks, Sandra
