I am doing research on Commodore John Rodgers, b: 11 JUL 1771/3 in Harford Co., MD. I know his father owned a Cecil county tavern. I am trying to find the grandparents and ggrandparents (and Rodgers'-side ancestors) names and birth/death locations. If my information is right, the Commodore's father is Scottish, but his grandfather is Irish. Thanks for your help, Michael Swanson
