Both parents were born in South Carolina, along with Tolly. Tolly was born in 1847. George Rodgers was born in Georgia in 1859. He lived with his wife, Charlotta Walker Rodgers, in Faulkner County, Arkansas in 1880. Tolly is also in Arkansas. Any help appreciated. Thank You
