I'm sorry but I don't think that would be the same Merle Rodgers, or Rogers, I'm not even sure how the name was spelled. You see, it was a false name that my real father used after he deserted us around 1934. I just found out about the name he was using ten or more years ago, I was trying to locate him to see if he was alive. I have found out since then, that he has died. He would have been in his i80's or 90's when he died. I do hope you find the one you are looking for. Don't give up.
