I have a Jesse Rodgers b. abt. 1873 possibly in Mo. but I don't know for sure who his parents are. I think his father's name may have been Frank. Jesse was a Sheriff/Constable in SE Missouri and NE Ark. He is a brick wall for me. Thanks.
