I know you have a demanding job and thankless job, trying to keep things on an even track, and at the same time keep order, not take sides keep things flowing, at the same time not ruffle any feathers. For that, I have to give you a big "A" I think you had a felling when you put out Sub: e-mail something was coming down. You are right. We have been on your list over two years, and have held back on any comments hoping things would improve over the time. We were wrong, I hope you can get control and get the list back to it's original intent, withought annihilating any persons. I think all bridges should be repaired if posable.
