I'm searching for a Thomas Rogers B:c1770 SC. I believe he was the father of my ancestor John B. Rogers B:1800 M:Margaret Allred. John B. claimed to have been born in GA on 1850 census but on 1860 and 1870 census he listed SC as birthplace. John B. Rogers was married in 1826 in Jefferson Co AL and listed there on 1850 census. Thomas Rogers B:1770 SC was listed on 1850 census Franklin Co AL. John B. Rogers moved to Franklin Co AL and remained there for the rest of his life. Descendants of John B. Rogers 1 John B.
