I'm pleased to see so much action on the list. Maybe someone will recognize my ancestors. Duncan Rodgers and Lucy Thompson Rodgers were from Cayuga County, NY. I know of two son, George, ca 1822, and Edward, ca 1825. There were two daughters, Jane Ann and Mary Ann, who married Thomas Lester, and John Lester, respectively. George and Edward moved to Wisconsin just before 1850 and lived there for at least 30 years. George may have moved to California in the early 1880's. Edward stayed in Wisconsin and died in 1901. The Lester families may have lived in the Broome County area in the late 1800's. Anything sound familiar?
