I have NOT been getting duplicate and triplicate messages. It could be there is a server bouncing messages around somewhere - I'm on the west coast in the state of WA, don't know where the Rootsweb server is ... The other possibility is that folks could be replying to ALL when they respond to a message - this will cause the sender to get at least 2 copies or more IF your email address appears more than once. You get a copy from the Rogers List, and another from your own email account. Just a thought ...
