OK, I live in Jackson, MS and will be willing help out around here. I have access to the state archives. Still searching for Rogers, Jimmie (James?) married to Katherine Norris. Lived in Smith County around 1875 when son, William Pickney was born. Wm. Pickney married Lula Mae Maxey. They were in Jasper, Jones, Covington Counties. William and Lula had 15 children including one set of triplet girls. Surely someone must know of this dang elusive family. Some of the names of their children were: Wilford, Houston, Leroy, Myrtis, Jim, William Burnon, Bertie Mae, Bertha Mae, Bethel Mae, Frances, Buford and several others who died young or were still born. My father is Joe Terrell Rogers. He was raised in Seminary, MS, Covington County. He lives in Petal, MS, now. Any help at all will be greatly appreciated.
