Vickie- my rogers came from atlanta ga area.  had a son, hugh/huey, that left the area, never heard from him again.......he was said to have married a miller girl, but do not know.  huey/hugh had 17 brothers/sisters with spouses. do u by chance have a huey/hugh in your line somewhere.  he was born ca 1820--1825.  his bro. and sisters born 1818 until 1860.  yes, 42 year span, by 2 wives.  from ur names, i believe we are on different lines, but maybe not. my rogers are closed mouth also. let me know what u think. i too am tired of the feuding. r. rogers, in DIXIE   > I am desperate to find my Rogers line.
