Hello Many many of the emails I sent with attachments of the Rogers/Rodgers Database have been returned to sender because of the file being to large for the server of the receiver to except. Also, some who have received the file, have had to wait up over an hour while it downloads, filing their mail box. Best laid intentions... again, all the problems trying to get this information into your hands. I've had several emails here from upset individuals because of it locking up computers, filling up email boxes and the like. My appologies to any for any inconvience it may have caused. Wether trying to email this database out to you free, or trying to collect funds to send CD's out to you, and Libraries and Genealogy Societies, everything I have tried to do from the start seems like it has caused nothing but more problems. Regardless, it has been worth it, for even the few that have benifited from the information being brought together. There is still another 20% more information here, than in the file and another 10 to 15% more here than currently on any of the CD's. I am working diligently, but with the size of this current Database in my own computer, I wonder how much farther we can go without breaking it up. Technology speaking, I am way over my head now anyway. What I wanted was to set up one web site, that a directory could be established to be able to help people find ancestors. I am tired..... please, be patient with me, while I see what I can do to clear some of the problems up. If you are upset with me over it for any reason at all, please, accept my appologies, I am doing the best I can. Thomas W. Rogers http://www.expage.com/ancestorial
