Many of them settled in Coaldale, Schuylkill Co. PA. I can trace back to Manus Rodgers b. 1874 who had a son Thomas L. b.1895, Edward V. b. 1888, and many other sons and daughters. The family worked the coal mines in PA after coming from Glenties, Co. Donegal, Ireland. The PA census records show alot of Melly and Rodgers families arriving in PA from county Donegal.
