Arrived in Philadelphia Pennsylvania sometime after 1870. Married John McCrea in the Cathedral of Sts Peter and Paul in Philadelphia, PA 1873. They had 8 children (MARY, JOHN, MICHAEL, LETITIA, FLORENCE, ANNA, HELEN & MARGARET) and lived in Chestnut Hill on Germantown Avenue. Ellen/Nellie died in 1889. Searching for her before she became a McCrea. Family supposedly lived in Mt Ariy Pennsylvania which is part of Philadelphia.
