Just still looking for him , he was in the Wis Inf 1864=5 ; papers said he was from NY and he moved to CA then to Oregon. Any one who has passed over this person in their research I sure would like to know . Any one know how to get the data on those old military markers in Oregon ? Or I.O.O.F records ?
