He was born in Lee Co. VA. He married Delilah Jones who was bron 26 Dec 1786 in Lee Co. VA. It is believed that Delilah might be the daughter of Fredrick Jones who donated land for the establishment of Jonesville, VA. John Rogers died 19 Dec 1833 in Bledsoe Co. TN.
