I have just discovered the list had developed whats called an infinite loop in the X diagnostics of the list , You all know Lane had all three list tied together , well its finally got tangled at the server and I was ask by rootsweb staff to untie the lists because this has happened . Any one who wants the messages from all the lists will have to sub to them I know this might seem like a burden but unless we want the lists to go down I better follow directions. If every one like the list tied I would suggest every one on the RODGER and RODGERS list simply Join the ROGERS list as the Main list since its the larger of the 3 Dont forget this message . Ok Since I am an up front person - Honest cut and dried I am going to say this only once and I hope people read this. I would not have mentioned this had Thomas not started something . I was sent a message from his list saying that I am againest the CD project , and that I will moderate or unsub any one who mentions it on this list . I answer this as such NO I am not againesnt the CD project , just the results of what happened from its beginning - --------------------------------------------------------- We ALL want our heritage put where we can find it all in one place am I right ? Yes I am . I did ask him to keep his project to his list since he saw fit to try to undermine the exhisting list , and cause havok in some ways , not always his fault , but in a communication break down many hurt full things were said and done . I have been re reading the whole thread on this and I think for whats happened through this whole thing was an emotional drain on a few people , and we lost ALL of Lane's work, and websites , plus a couple others who ask to remain anonimous . Also we have a copy right rules that applies to the list that the members here do not send these message to any one off list or another list . You know, I've seen these names before. Fortunately, I can account for our George W. Rogers from the early 1800's until his death in 1845, so I know they aren't the same person.
