Big thank you for sharing. On old tombstones that are hard to read I use a spray bottle with plain WATER. Spray the lettering and let the stone itself dry this will leave water in the depressions. The water will highlight the letters and make it a little easier to read. No harm is done to the stones. Kay in Missouri
