Hi All: I haven't put my stamp here very often but I feel I must sound off----- Genealogy has been my forte for over 45 years now and I am over 84 of age. So, please listen for a moment. There are many fine genealogy computer programs and I have many of them on my computer right now. It is what you feel better with that you should be using. Not what others try to sell you. When you find the one you like, then put your information inside and enjoy. Many of them don't cost you an arm and leg either. In fact, I know several that are free. Yes, I said free. Legacy Family Tree is one, PAF is another, and Ancestry Family Tree is another. These all can be downloaded and used forever, if you wish and they don't cost at all. AND, they are much friendly than TMG and better than Family Tree Maker, period!! Am I recommending one over another, no, believe it or not.
