Can anyone tell me where to write in Brooklyn for a 1902 death certificate for CASTELLO, Imogene, 13 yrs. old, died or buried Aug. 27, 1902. I want to find out who her parents are. She is buried in the family plot (the cem. said they didn't have this info) but my cousins and I do now know how she fits into the family. I am even wondering if the cem. has the name wrong & it is COSTELLO. No headstone. Thank you.
