Ah, ha. Now, we are getting down to the file names. You need to "unzip" that file. It was zipped to keep it smaller so it would transmit easier via email. There is an evaluation version of WinZip available at http://www.winzip.com Download the evaluation version. DOWNLOAD IT TO YOUR DESKTOP so you can find it easily there. Scan it with your AV program. If it comes up clean after a vi*rus scan, then click on it with your left mouse button and it will install. Follow instructions. Then when it is installed, go back to the photo file with the winzip file designation. Click on it. WinZip will open it and display the photos in a folder.
