Alright, I clicked right side and the box that opened had two suggestions,,the parties name and save attachments, I clicked the parties name and it went to a file, found the file, but how do I open it,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,it did not have save to desktop, unless I did something else wrong,,,,,,,,thank you for your patience,,,,,,,,,,,lillian

Left-click it. Does it open up? Does it tell you that it needs a program to open it up? Does it say it is not a proper file? What does it say in the dialogue box when you click on it?
