    3. I'm not affiliated with Everton in any way, but I can vouch that this book is a "must" for anyone working on their genealogy. We bought a copy nearly 20 yrs. ago and have about worn it out. I finally pulled the binding off, punched 3-holes in the pages, and filed them behind tabs for ea. state in the union. As we traveled across the country, I added local street maps, motels, campgrounds, sites of interest and details about ea. place. The book grew to be almost more than a large 4" ring binder could hold. Then a few years ago, I bought a new HandyBook and it's great too. juanita > This book is on sale right now. 3. Juanita, I will second that. I bought my first one about the same time you did but I replaced it with the eighth edition which has been greatly enlarged (and consequently is more expensive). I have been doing genealogy since the late 1960s but every time I find an ancestor in a state I have never researched before, Handy Book is a tremendous help.
