    3. Accessability is one of the components that you can add or remove -- double click on the add/remove programs section of the control panel and then the add/remove windows components section. Place a checkmark in the accessability option and go from there -- be aware that you may have to have the Windows CD to make the installation.     2. The browser Opera has a built-in magnifier/reducer readily accessible in the top right corner of your screen that will allow you to size a page from 20% to 1,000% . Of course, Opera doesn't always work for everyone on every web page. I like it better whenever possible, though.
