They have lots of both useful and interesting information. The "serendipity" articles I mentioned appear occasionally but not in every issue. My "old geezer" mind regularly dumps a lot of useful information <g>, but it seems that I read something a year or so ago about a web site and/or mailing lists that focuses on serendipity experiences. You might do a Google search (or other search engines). If you find anything specific, it would be great if you would share it with us.
