Yes , there was a paperclip and I have windows 98, but when it comes up, it has my sons email address and I don't understand why, that is the address that is in the name part of the box and when I try to open it, I get the answer ""can not find this file", the party that sent it to me, does not even have my sons address,,,,do not understand how it came to that conclusion,,,,,I'm missing something here......lillian

Do a right-click on it and when asked by the dialogue box, save it to your desktop. Then try opening it from there by double-clicking on it.
