Would any of the long time researches know if everything on the form they fill out, is done by the agent or is there somewhere on that piece of paper that actually has the person applying, signature?,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

While I can't say for absolute certainty that the signature is my Great Great Great Grandfathers (I don't have a proven example), I do know the signature is different that the writing on the rest of the certificate.
