Born in Granville Ferry, she was a daughter of the late Ira and Atlanta (Robblee) Gilliat. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She is survived by her niece, Elizabeth (Dennis) Bedley; great-niece, Karmin Bedley; several cousins. She was predeceased by her husband, Murray; sisters Frances (Harold) Gleekman; Elfreda (George) Rhodenizer. A graveside service was held Friday, May 30, 2003 in Brookside Cemetery, Bridgewater, Rev. James Slack Jr. officiating. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Sweeny's Funeral Home, Bridgewater.
