Roblee, Allen W. Allen W. Roblee, formerly of Town of Clayton, age 69, passed away on Sunday, September 19, 2004, at his residence, in Appleton. Allen was born on July 11, 1935, in Neenah, son of the late Frank and Clara (Farber) Roblee. Allen was an area resident for all of his life. He is a 1954 graduate of Neenah High School. Allen married Nancy Bork on November 1, 1958. They farmed together on the family farm in the Town of Clayton, which was established in 1846. Allen was a United States Army Veteran, serving from 1961 to 1963. He was a member of Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church, Town of Clayton. Allen was also employed with two area golf courses, Ridgeway and Winnegamie, as a grounds-keeper for several years. He worked part-time for Larsen Co-op and Westgor Funeral Home. Allen and Nancy were managers at Ridgeview Highlands Apartments in Appleton from November 2003 until the present. Allen is survived by his wife, Nancy; two children: Paula (David) Kiesow and Dean Roblee; two grandchildren: Brittany and Carl Kiesow; sister, Gladys (Clarence) Doell; brother, Frank (Elvera) Roblee; five brothers-in-law: Carlton (Helen) Bork, Duane (Carol) Bork, Donald (Marion) Bork, Kenneth (Marjorie) Bork, and Frank (Darlene) Bork; two sisters-in-law: Lana (John) Schroll and Sally (Roy) Van Epern. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Allen was preceded in death by an infant son, two sisters-in-law and one brother-in-law. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, September 22, 2004 at Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church, Town of Clayton, with Rev. Dale Zwieg officiating. Visitation will be held from 5 - 8 p.m. on Tuesday evening at Neenahs Westgor Funeral Home, and again on Wednesday morning from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the church. Inurnment will take place in Clayton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established.
