Most of you will have received an e-mail message (or perhaps several if you subscribe to multiple lists) from Rootsweb regarding the migration of the Roblee e-mail list to new servers and mailing handling software. The migration will be transparent for most users. Some work is necessary on my part as the list administrator (actually it doesn't mean very much work but attention to a few details). In preparation for the Roblee mailing list migration at Rootsweb (now scheduled for Monday, August 28), it would be helpful to clean up our e-mail subscribers list for bad addresses. One way to do that would be for 4 or 5 of you list members who may not have posted any material in some time to send a query to the applicable mailing list (Robleet-L@rootsweb.com<Brott-L@rootsweb.com>) That will generate enough mailing list traffic to produce one or two digests so that I will get info on bad e-mail addresses, and I can delete them manually before the automatic movement of the lists takes place later this month. If you have a few minutes in the next day or so and could post a query, that would be helpful. Thanks. -- Doug Detling, Roblee list coordinator email addresses: doug.detling@greencity.org or doug.detling@gmail.com
