Bob, A friend of mine has replied to me about a Phebe. I don't know if this Phebe is the one you are talking about. Phebe was the daughter of Samuel Robblee and Marian Hinkley and the sister to Nathan and Hannah Robblee. They all ended up in Flint, MI.
