Born in South Victoria, Cumberland County, he was a son of the late James and Harriett (Weatherbee) Roblee. He was a self-employed carpenter and member of Belmont United Baptist Church. The last surviving member of his immediate family, he is survived by a son Orland and two daughters, Clara (Mrs. Walter Beaver) and Lillian (Mrs. Lionel Nichols), all of Belmont; 15 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, the former Lucy May Cox; a daughter, Dorothy; four sisters, Emma, Elsie, Alice and Sarah; a half-brother Edward, and a half-sister Elizabeth. The body is in Mattatall's Funeral Home, Truro, where the funeral will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, Rev. Hazen Bezanson officiating, with burial in Belmont Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Belmont United Baptist Church Building Fund.
