All I know about Florence Allen is that she was born 20 Feb 1864 probably in North Bend, Washington, NY, dau. of Marcus Bartlett Allen and Hannah Barker. On Barnard: Edward Barnard was "of Granville, NY" (Carpenter, 1949, page 5). In 1880, he was living in Ft. Ann, NY with his parents. He and Marion lived in Granville. In 1910, they just had the one son, Norman, age 10. Apparently he was their only child. The Barnards continued to live in Granville through 1930, and presumably died there. Marion's mother was named Helen. I wonder if there was some kind of name mix-up in the notes. Does anyone else know of this tie? Also, in those notes, she mentions Mrs. Helen Roblee Bernard of Granville. Did Marion Roblee, married Edward Bernard, have a daughter?
