    3. Jay, Nice to hear from you. Ive been traveling and haven't had time yet to digest the recent roblee activity. I too believe that Marion is really Mariam. Her gravestone, I believe, has Mariam. Also she had a granddaughter Mariam, who I believe was the daughter, b. c. 1822, of Ezra Stiles and Harriet Roblee. I wonder if you ever received my email hypothesizing that the wife of Joshua Daniels, father of David S., was Lucy Stebbins. I would be very interested in your opinion on this. I am always impressed by the thoroughness of your research. If you never received the email, I would be happy to reconstruct my thinking for you. I copied Sally's name from someone's information, but will have to research and determine how authoritative it is. I have seen records that show Mariam Hinkley as Marion Hinkle, but believe that Mariam Hinkley is her name. I don't know if Mariam Stiles (wife of Ransom Crippen) is a daughter of Ezra and Harriet Stiles. Agree with you that she would have been a young mother at age 18. I have always thought that Smith was a male. See link for photographs of Rablee graves in Bristol Cemetery, Flint Twp., Genesee County, Michigan. _http://www.rootsweb.com/~cemetery/michigan/genesee.htm_ (http://www.rootsweb.com/~cemetery/michigan/genesee.htm) I believe Mr. Crippen's name was Calvin (not Alvin), see link below to pictures of his grave in Barnum Cemetery, Burke, Franklin Co., New York. Also, includes a picture of Simeon Calvin Montague's grave. While I cannot be sure of the date, it says it is 26 May 1865. Shows Crippen, Montague and Robblee graves, to include a photo of Mariam Hinkley Robblee's grave. Makes reference to Samuel's grave but says that marker is missing. _http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~frgen/franklin/burke/barnum/barnum .h tm_ (http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~frgen/franklin/burke/barnum/barnum .htm) Jay <BR><BR><BR>**************************************<BR> AOL now offers free email to everyone.
