I will take this problem up again with the distributor here in the UK. Meanwhile I suggest again that you give Amazon a miss since they order it from the UK in any case (and apparently very slowly and randomly). I think you will do much better going direct to the publishers/distributors yourselves at the link below and get it direct from them. After all, they will be sending to Amazon in North America when Amazon can get their act together enough to request it, which they are supposed to do as required.
