That would make discovering her maiden name even more difficult. I tried checking for a Lugenia/Eugenia who married a Robinson (all variations) in VA and KY prior to 1855, but had no luck. Many Virginia records have been lost, and only a few are online, so who knows what the future may bring? My maiden name is Robinson (DNA proves Robertson)but I don't know of any connection to yours.
