Do know he was probably born and raised in Missouri. His birth year would have been between 1942 and 1945. I know that he was in the military. He was married to a Kathleen (Emery) Hill sometime between 1966 and divorced prior to June 1970. They lived in Kansas City, Missouri. They had no children of this marriage.
