In 1850, she lived with Mr. and Mrs. Strother and Lucy (SCRIBNER) HORD in Marion Co., OH. On 28 JAN 1851. As far as I know she was not related to them. She married Issac MEWHORTER/ MCWHORTER in Marion Co., OH. The Justice of the Peace was Strother HORD. Eve and Issac had two children, George Washington born about 1851 and Mary Jane born about 1854 who married Obadiah A. Campbell. There is no record of Eve after 1854. The children are listed as living with their paternal grandparents, Robert and Jane MEWHORTER in the 1860 Marion Co., census. Issac married Elizabeth (BURKE) JOHNSON about 1864 in Marion co., OH. What happened to Eve? Did she die in childbirth in 1854 in either Indiana or Ohio? Who were her parents? ------------------------------------------ I think she may be related to John D. Robinson in some way. --John D. Robinson married Susannah Carpenter 23 MAR 1844, Marion co., Ohio.
