He married first Martha Harrison (I think); she died Nov. 9, 1859; they had one son, George Henry Robinson, born in 1859. John Henry married second Margaret A. Pilant, born ca Jun 1835 possibly in Madison County, Alabama, the daughter of Kinchen and Anna Walker Pilant. John and Margaret had six children: William Luther, b. 22 Jan 1865; John Thomas, b. 08 Jul 1866; Martha Ann, b. 22 Feb 1868; Robert L., b. 26 Oct 1871; and Inez Ella, b. 22 Nov. 1873. All the children were born in Alabama. In 1884 John Henry and his family moved to Kaufman County, Texas.
