Has anyone thought about doing an archive of Robinson photographs? I know that I have several that I'd love to share with folks, if nothing more than to see if they possibly recognize anyone in them. I've had little success with my branch of Robinsons beyond my great-grandfather, probably because they came from an area that had another Robinson family who were prominent in Gaston County, North Carolina and York, South Carolina. I guess what I'm hoping is that someone who might not recognize the names in my branch might recognize someone in the pictures. Does anyone out there think that this might worth a try? We could post the names of the folks we know in the pictures along with the place where they were taken. At this point, I'm willing to try just about anything to go beyond my great-grandfather.
