I searching for information on my family. I'm hoping someone could help me. My great-grandfather, George W. Robinson was born December 27, 1822 Tuscarsuras County, Ohio. I only know his father's name was Thomas Robinson/Robson, who was born in PA. George W. Robinson's first wife was Nancy Harris. I believe they were married in Ohio. She died in 1873, I believe in Nebraska. They had three children. George served in the 80th Ohio Vol. Inf. Union, Company "C". I had ordered his Military/Pension Records and Nancy's name along with her children was listed. George would request his Pension each month. I found out where they moved each time he did this. This was the biggest treasure I have so far. Gave me a lot of information. George Robinson's second wife was Elizabeth J. Richardson (my great-grandmother). Elizabeth was born April 2, 1853 in Indiana. Her parents, Abner M. Richardson and Mariah Lewis. Elizabeth died May 27, 1907 in Roll, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma. George married Elizabeth on July 2, 1853 in Seward County, Nebraska. While living in Seward County, Nebraska they had nine children. Josephine (Josie) Robinson, born January 26, 1875 and died October 30, 1943. Benjamin Franklin Robinson, born October 11, 1876 and died November 9, 1943. George Edgar Robinson, born August 20, 1878 and died February 10, 1964. Savanah Robinson, born May 15, 1880. John Robinson, born June 20, 1882. Harry Orray Robinson, born May 19, 1884. Jennie Robinson, born November 4, 1899 and died April 1904. James (Joe) Abner Robinson, born May 28, 1893 and died May 16, 1969. Nellie Robinson, born June 9, 1896.
