WOLVERTON; hello again! George W. WOLVERTON's mother's name is given as Bertha GAUTHER on the Ancestry.com message board for Braxton Co., WV (dated 2 Feb 2007). Marriage records show that George W. WOLVERTON married Zelda DENNISON of Harrison Co, WVA. in 1848. As with WOLVERTON/WOOLVERTON a common spelling of GAUTHER is GAUTHIER. I'm grateful for any information you can find.
