I am looking for the parents/family of Hontie Robinson. She was born in 1878 around Kansas City, MO I believe. She married Samuel C Stevens, of Brown County, Ohio in Kansas City in 1904 and passed away in Shreveport, LA in 1908. She is buried in Forest Hill Cemetery in Kansas City, MO (she is in Find-A-Grave). I believe she had three brothers with J. Harry and Orion (?) being two. The third brother I have no name for. She also is supposed to have had a sister named Effie/Effe. J. Harry or J. H. Robinson may have been married to a Florence and lived in Terre Haute, Indiana, but both J. H. and Florence apparently died in St. Louis in the mid 1960's. Hontie's mothers maiden name may have been Lukens. Fathers name may have been William. I've not been able to locate any Robinson family in any census' in Missouri that fits. Would appreciate any clues or information. Thanks, Barry Stevens [email protected]
