I am looking for any info on my Robinson connection. I am descendant of "Dr. " William C Robinson b 1824 GA, of Jasper & Newton County GA. He married Sarah Frances ...Morgan? and they had three children together. They had a volitile marriage, and at his death in 1858 he had disavowed her and put her out of his will, and in his will gave custody rights of his children over to his brothers! This went on in courts for some time, and I believe from what I can tell so far that she eventually took the kids and ran, getting married just across state line in AL to one of his business partners named Dr Allen P. Morris. I know some of William C's family story. He was son of John, John L Robinson, son of Luke Robinson. I do not know what the middle initial "C" stood for in this family line. I do not know how he was educated as a physician, and if he was a self taught plantation doctor or if he had some kind of medical apprenticeship or school training. I would like anything on this Robinson line at all, if anyone has anything I would greatly appreciate sharing. Thanks!
