She is listed in the 1870 census for Cass County, Indiana as HOH. Living with her are (Hannah) Catherine Robinson b. 3/5/1846, (listed as born in KY, but actually born in PA) d. 11/24/1907, John Robinson b. abt. 1866, and William (actually Wilmer Otis) Robinson (my gggGrandfather) b. 11/28/1867 (listed as born in KY, but actually born in IN) d. 1/9/1938. I am looking for the McGowan-Robinson connection or McGowan-Bechdol connection. Bechdol was Catherine's maiden name. Catherine was subsequently married to James Miller. I have attached a photo of whom I believe is Mary McGowan. I would like to know anything about the McGowans (parents, siblings, husband, children) and the aforementioned connections.
