    3. Hi Helen,   I saved this email from 2007!  I hope  you get this. In your Robinson database, perhaps you have something on my line.  I have a lot of my Robinsons from 1850 onward; however, nothing going back. My 4th gr-grandfather was a William Robinson born about 1805 in DE and died in 1865 in Marion Co., IA.  He married a Catherine May, born about 1812 in OH.  I have not been able to find who his parents are.  I know there are a lot of Robinsons, much less William Robinsons, in the DE area from 1805.  I think maybe he and Catherine married in about 1829, in OH or Indiana.  They are in Indiana in 1850 and in Iowa in 1860.  I am sure they are in Fountain Co., IN in  1840. 3. I am still looking for information on Joel C. Robinson. I don't know anything about him with the exception that he married Lucy E. Beach 22 Sept 1845. Lucy married a second time to Jared Baldwin in 1848. So my assumption is that Joel probably died. Joel and Lucy had one child, a daughter Mary P. Robinson. Lucy's birth and first marriage took place in Kentucky. Beyond this, I haven't a clue. 3. Hi David, I could not find him in my database, however I did find a William Robinson born earlier in DE, prob New Castle in 1764, he was son of Nicholas Robinson 1726-1814, son of Francis Robinson 1700-1749. Maybe it is worthwhile checking out..  Helen / [email protected] ________________________________ From: DPJGen <[email protected]> To: [email protected] Sent: Wed, January 20, 2010 7:20:07 PM Subject: Re: [ROBINSON] ROBINSON Genealogy Research Hi Helen,   I saved this email from 2007!  I hope  you get this.
