She never revealed his name. Children are as follows: Pleasant R. Shipman (1828-1865) married Evelyn Robertson (1856-1902) Francis Alexander Shipman (1837-?) married Mary Case (1841-?) Sarah E Shipman (1840-?) John W Shipman ( 1841-1903) married Dianna Davis in NC (1840-1929) , then Sarah Pace in GA (1855-?) Anderson Andrew Franklin Shipman (1845-1911) married Nellie Leach (1882-1940) Thomas H Shipman (1846-?) Nancy Ann Shipman (1850-1918) married Dolphus E Parker William A Shipman (1852-?)
