The Familysearch Pedigree Resource File can be found at www.familysearch.org If you're at the new homepage you'll see a teal box on the right that says "Go to previous site" (this is how I know to get to the Pedigree Resource File). Click on it. Click on "Search Records" near the upper left.In the gold/tan box you'll see "Pedigree Resource File". This is the file. The Master Index is the CD that comes with the Pedigree Resource File  that you can purchase from catalog/store. At least, I believe you can still purchase them.
