    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/3cDBAIB/8095 Message Board Post: Charles E. Robinson b. Feb 1858 in Wisconsin Married Sarah A. Brown b. Jan 1859 in Canada They lived in Mich and on the last census they are in Chicago Illinois, which that one is the 1920 and I do not find him or her for that matter after that. I only find him on the 1900, 1910 and 1920 census, Jennie C. Robinson b. 24 Apr 1869 in Flint, Michigan d. 1937 I believe Ohio but not positive, my mom was told her farm was in Mich but her last known address in 1930 was in Ohio. Married on 5 Nov 1889 in Stoney Creek, Michigan,( by a Mr. Martin Lawry) Stephen Allison b. 17 Dec 1855 in Macon Twp., Lenawee, Michigan d. 30 Aug 1922 in Sandusky, Lucas, Ohio (he passed away in the Sandusky Soldiers Home...he was in the navy) Once again I find her in the 1900, 1910,cannot find her in 1920 and then again in 1930 (this is where I fit in, she was my great grandmother) She disappears in the 1920 and a Mary is listed as my grt grandfathers wife, but we know she isnt because him and Jennie NEVER divorced and not to mention (bless her heart whoever she was) she was much younger than my grt grandfather and she got a lot of information wrong on the census. Jennie was able to collect on a widows pension from Stephen, that's where some of my information came from. Now for Jennie and Charles mother: On the 1900 census she is living with Charles and his wife Sarah and she is listed as Codelia Lowe b Apr 1836 in Michigan both her parents born in Vermont. On the 1910 census she is living with Jennie and Stephen and is listed as Cornelia Lowe. It also states on both census that she was the mother of 5...3 still living and a widow on both as well. So I know she was married at least twice, once to a Robinson and once to a Lowe which cannot find anything on her before 1900 either. The only information I have about the father is just as confusing as everything else LOL Jennie and Charles both list him on the 1900 and 1910 census as being born in New York and then all the sudden on the 1930 they both switch it to England. That's pretty much what I have to go on, so if you love a good mystery would sure appreciate the help here :) I would love to know Cornelia/ Codelia's maiden name and exactly what her first name was, who Charles and Jennie's father was and where he really came from who the 3rd child still living could of possibly been and their information. One other thing to make you go hmmm in all this :) In the 1880 mich census Stephen Allison is living and working on the farm of one Coonrod L. Lowe....possible connection with Cornelia somehow...if so where? OK well anyhow this is what I have, sure hope you can help or at least point me in a direction that will help me :) Thank you , Jennifer Longstreet

Surnames: ROBINSON Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/3cDBAIB/8093 Message Board Post: I am getting back to my family history research after a long absence. I would like to continue assembling a family tree for ROBINSON,. If anyone would like to exchange ROBINSON information with me they would be very welcome. Information regarding any family trees bearing this surname would be very helpful to my research as I hope to eventually find connecting ancestors to all individuals bearing this same name worldwide. I would be more than willing to send what information I have by Gedcom, or any other agreed method, to any interested parties. I run Legacy 6 as a family history programme on my computer. I did have more information but, due to a serious computer malfunction during a backup, a lot was lost, so I need to regather it all again. My present earliest recorded ancestor was a Robinson who married a Jean Skinner in the Toowoomba area of Queensland, Australia in 1938. Thanks!

Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/3cDBAIB/8086 Message Board Post: These childrens names are found in the 1880 census Prairie, Audrain Co, MO with J. T. and Polina Robinson. Hinnie age 10, Charlie age 3, Artcinelia age 1. I can find no other records for these individuals. I believe J T and Polina to be my John T and Paulina Robinson but in 1870 census records their only child was a daughter Frances b 1858. That would make her appx 12 years older than Hinnie. Any help in locating them is appreciated.
